Forbidden 403 Error

Do you guys know how to get around this thing, I"m guessing this is caused by region lock or something.
I have tried scanning my computer to see if there were any corrupted files, but there was none, I also turned off my firewall for both of my laptops and tried to access sites like Getchu, but I would be abruptly stopped in front of the "Forbidden 403" or just "Forbidden."

maybe the site blocks ip from outside its country,,,,some site in japan and

many other countries are like that.


try using proxy to access it

Ok if you are clicking the links from the sites on Animesharing it pops up with that. All i do is then copy and paste the Link and it should load fully. i am pretty sure it is to do with the redirecting from other sites back to there site.

So just click the link then copy and paste the link in the address bar then hit enter and it should load it not you will have to use a proxy like said above.
