Hi, I have played both prequel and sequel (still in the middle of playing DLC) . Highly recommend playing Deitsa; it explains a lot of what is going on in FF.

I finished it in one sitting! took a little under 10 hrs according to steam! would have taken me twice as long in Japanese but I'd like to replay it in Japanese. ^^; I think I'll play the previous game first though because secret LI was super appealing...
my only complaint would be that it was mostly a bit lacking in doki doki feels/romance department for most of it. Lol. Maybe due to the short length too. I'll get the DLC eventually since I'm curious about their pasts and stuff.

Osananajimi LI that turns out to be manipulative from the start when they met
He comes from a strict family that made him depressed and slightly suicidal, but once he met young MC he insta fell in love and decided to become perfect male for her (to the point of changing his personality to suit her taste), she is ofc clueless
After all routes, u get to unlock the osananajimi post routes extra (the most chilling part), u see him writing letters/diary what he done after each route, kill the other LIs, sabotaged stuff etc; if I am not mistaken you can see this mentioned in the FF
Now the connection with FF:
All her flashbacks in FF are tied to Deitsa, the secret hero is the osananajimi LI and MC is the reincarnation of the MC in Deitsa, this is also referenced several times and her ill fortune is tied to that whole ordeal
At least one LI of Deitsa makes appearance in FF bad end
One of the bad endings of LIs is referencing the bad ending of Deitsa where secret LI ruins the wedding of another LI
I bet there are many more easter eggs I have forgotten, but I am so glad I have played Deitsa before FF. It is not mandatory, but it explains a lot of meta stuff + secret route

yeah! I liked him, 100/100 yearning. lolol. I really liked Mashiro (best color scheme and aesthetic LOL) but I felt like his route stuff was a bit more bare compared to some of the other ones. Most interesting actually maybe Haruki because of the 4th wall break stuff. like replaying his route after that and noticing it was really fun. Or him looking past MC in CG
This Game Should've Been Free And Deitsa Paid , It's Crazy How Better Written Deitsa Is . I Would Normally Not Compare Titles , But This Game Is A Sequel To Deitsa And I Feel That Really Hurt The Game . I Don't Regret My Purchase , But I Considered What I Payed Was Basically My Appreciation For Deitsa . It's A 6 / 10 , I'll Probably Make Poorly Drawn Lewds Of It In Private HaHaHa

I Was So Shocked When It Just Ended There , Also His Route Was Also Damaged By Basically Being The Demo For This Game As His Route Was Basically The Common Route To Advertise The Game And The Characters .

Are You Sitting In The Cuck Chair With Akashi ? ! ? ! This Feels Like A Cop Out For Why Never In The Plot As To Why Natsuki's Curse Never Seems To Actually Be A Problem . Like She Never Has Anyone Bothering Her Aside Form The LIs , It Was Plastered Over Marketing That She Has A Huge Amount Of Crazies Over Here , But In The Game It's A Ghost Town .

i agree with you on kanda so much cause he's my favourite type of yandere so i wouldve personally really enjoyed if more of his stalkerish elements bled through his conversations with natsuki ^^;; like i enjoyed his route and i find his interest in cute things and the fact that he's into crossdressing to be so adorable but we barely ever see his stalker side in his own route TT they couldve easily made it so that he gets much more intensely clingy or that he keeps trying to pry into natsuki's life but ig for the overall plot he ends up getting sidelined in his own route ><
i also really liked akina !!! a route or just a happier ending would have been nice and even if she doesnt have a route i wouldve liked seeing the game give her yandere tendencies too TT since it wouldve made sense (i also just personally like clingy bestfriends in otomes similar to sayaka from 9RIP)

i have ! i just wished it was expressed in routes other than his too ^^;; like towards mashiro or kanda maybe ! just in general wanted like her clinginess and wariness of the other guys to protect natsuki from them to be more present
