few question about anime

hello
i have few question about anime.
1)what are the best raw anime groups(in the term of quality and Preferably with size of lower than 3gb)?
2)what are the best fansub groups(in the term of quality and Preferably with size of lower than 3gb)?
3)does long series get Bluray releases too(like one piece, naruto, bleach)?
4)in airing series does japan tv use a Censored Bluray version or Bluray eps will be made after series are finished?

Blu-rays are made after the series airs. Most of your other questions are personal preference. I like Thora releases normally.

thanks for reply but i dont thinks they completely depend on personal preference.
please tell me which group you like or dislike and why.
in the end it should give us more information about raws groups(at least to me because i almost know nothing about them and their releases quality).

I am asking above questions because its not easy for me to download several series from several raws group and then compare them.

example of raw groups: ANK-Raws, ReinForce, Zero-raws, RUELL-Raws, Yousei-raws, ....
