.exe crashes that has live.dll in its folder

Hi, I have issues with application always crashing right after going through the title/menu. It typically happens when there's just a live.dll along with an .exe file in the folder like this:
for example, in this game dokidokiりとる大家さん 2nd ～国際交流編～ right after going to the dialogue, it crashes

help is much needed.
OS: win 7 ulti 64 bit

locale emulator works fine for live.dll,I think it's a language problem and the same thing happened to me and I only got it with this program

So strange that he doesn't have any folder with data inside though, there is usually some kind of BGM and art along where the main executable file. He doesn't looked like a link in the screenshot, so I think it's the main installation folder the one he showed, and it looks kind of empty there.

some games get more unstable when using locale emulators, maybe try changing applocale and see if still crashes or try a different program like ntleas

you are right that it is more unstable but for those who do not have the Japanese language, locale emulator is the only solution or at least for live.dll

another option is virtualbox
but in windows 7 ulti you should be able to change your locale settings, it just takes a reboot to do it

some games like those by triangle require you to change date, time etc but this shouldn't be the case

I just figured it out now what it is the locale emulator, I thought it was just a spelling mistakes for local emulator

when I usually give this solution a lot of people think the same, they think it's a pc emulator or something similar, those in the locale should change the name:D,and for ntlea he gave me a lot of problems in the past, I've been with locale emulator for a year and he has not given me any
