I don't mind; in some cases, I actually prefer having no voice acting at all over bad dubbing—(Side-eyeing certain Western games.). But I really do appreciate good voice acting.
 
Yeah, while I can appreciate voice acting, I enjoyed VNs that aren't voiced at all. The costs of VAs add more to the budget and a lot of indie devs can't really afford VAs, so I'm not really to harsh on them. I would also rather no VA than bad voice acting.
 
I definitely don't mind no voice acting, I used to play a lot of mobile VNs that generally rarely had any. I agree that a good story can definitely stand on it's own! Personally, the premise, characters and story matter much more to me.
 
I prefer fully voiced games because the characters' emotions come across more clearly, making them feel more alive and helping me become more emotionally invested in the story.

That said, there are plenty of great games without voice acting. It's a shame when a game isn't fully voiced, but I'd hate to miss out on a wonderful game just because of that. So while fully voiced games are definitely my preference, I'll still play a game without voice acting if it looks interesting.
 
Voice acting is not an important factor for me. Honestly, sometimes I prefer without va because I finish reading the text way too fast and then I have to wait for the narration to end.
 
Usually, games without voice acting are indies, and starting by that I don't play them, unless it have a theme that really catch my attention... But in short, I prefer voice acting, because it's my main reason to play otome vns
