The only early access games I paid for and supported were farming games and also because the price was pretty cheap for me. For indie otome, I usually wait for full release with reviews cause there have been way too many cases of developers abandoning the game midway or the final product is badly developed. It is also the main reason why I only play demos of games that are fully released because I don't like cliffhangers and to avoid immense disappointment when the game never gets completed. I used to think early access from established indie otome developers could be okay for me to support, but I have seen cases where the devs get overwhelmed and end up postponing the release indefinitely or hardly updating it at all, so it definitely deterred me from supporting any early access otome.
