Do you play games in Early Access, or wait for the full release?

I've played several games while it's still in early access but never for otome games, except for one and it was The Silent Kingdom cause the concept really intrigued me. It just not very fun to me if I'm left hanging in the middle of a route because it's still unfinished. Even worse if the game never fully releases at the end.
