Dark Mode or Light Mode user?

Late question but something I always wondered back when I was making thread templates:

Template1: Box + White/Gray Font

INFO:
Title: CLOCK ZERO ～終焉の一秒～
Publisher: アイディアファクトリー
Genre: 君と壊れた世界を生きるＡＶＧ
Release Date: 2010/11/25 (PS2)

Template2: Box + Default

INFO:

I use Dark Mode most of the time, so the gray text one looked much better to me. Then I checked it in Light Mode and realized it almost vanished... (、.ო. )、
Do most people use Dark Mode or Light Mode here? And which version looks better to you?

i use dark mode on here. for me both the text options with the colors are fine to me but i do like the gray a bit better since it separates the header part from the actual info (kinda worded weird but i think u can understand what i mean haha...)

I use light mode. I also use light mode on my phone at night too.
I used to use dark mode, but I heard somewhere dark mode is actually worse for your eyes.
Using phone or pc until late night is probably what deteriorated my eye sight though..
Template 2 version is easier for me to read but I can read both.

I'm a dark mode user even during the day lol for every app and website I can use it on. Idk. I like it better.

Dark mode, at first. But now, my eyes started getting tired from staring at a dark screen all the time. I gave light mode a try, and honestly... it wasn't that bad.....

Al principio, usaba el modo oscuro. Pero ahora, mis ojos se cansaban de mirar la pantalla oscura todo el tiempo. Probé el modo claro y, sinceramente, no estuvo tan mal.

The same thing happened to me! At first I used dark mode because it was more comfortable, But over time I ended up straining my eyes. So I switched to light mode and I've gotten used to it hehe.

Haahah, yeahh. I actually started feeling it when i was using this forum on my pc. Didn't expect it would strain my eyes that much. Im still sticking with dark mode on my phone, though.

Dark mode! For me, template 1 looks very pretty. I wonder if there's a way to set the text to be black for light mode users? Maybe in a future site update
