I'm mostly dark mode for eye comfort and battery, but I get why people like light mode - it's cleaner and better in daylight. I use auto mode so I get the best of both.
Dark mode, no matter what! If I put it in white mode during the day and then turn off the lights at night, the moment I press the phone key, my eyes will probably go blind.
