I just ran a calculation, at our current speed of one post a minute we will reach the goal of a million in:
41666.666666666666666666666666667 days....
because I realise an error in my calculations... (we are actually posting twice in a minute) it will take:
20833.333333333333333333333333333 days.... which translates out to...
57.077625570776255707762557077626 years :P.... we need more people

I would argue that... a system where one posts and then says "post" in irc can be setup in a way that you could post once a second...
posting once a second would take:

11.5 days

to reach a million :D
