I think my favorite games in this category are the ones where the protagonist is either:
1: The Tuxedo Kamen type, assisting and/or comforting the Heroines. I haven't had much luck with the assisting/fighting alongside type (although there is at least one heat soft game whose name escapes me where this is the case), but the hero of the Mahou Shoujo Ai series fits the bill for comforting.
2: The evil seducer type, specifically the kind that acts like the main character in Heat-Soft's 教え子は魔法少女～ちなみに俺は教師で怪人～, or like Metzer in the Sweet Knights series. The kind that appears to the heroines in disguise and has them fall for him. Mixed feelings ftw.
Any recommendations?

Hmm, I think Tetrastar could be something you like. The MC pretend to be on the heroine side in that game.

I'm searching for SLG/RPG game with training/corruption in them, do you know some good ones?
I've tried Mind hacker, which is kind of a hentai (and cheap) Persona/Ar Tonelico game where you enter the mind of your victims and enslave them in the end level. The idea is really good, but there is no sense of progress, only an on/off switch (no slave then slave), no in between.
I also just finished Tokubetsu Jugyou 3 SLG, awesome as always with Bishop games :)

The problem with this game is that it needed basically way more "normal" interactions between characters. It feels like the skeleton of a good game :(

Moral corruption yes (This is not about becoming a villainous heroine, as there isn't a villain vs good setting), you play as an outwardly nice teacher who wants to enslave his pupils by "training" them :)
O_o huh, it feels strangely awkward to have people link to 'guide' you make long ago (yes, that's me)
Sadly that problem applies to pretty much all of LunaSoft's game :x
Feels like skeleton of a good game
Corruption is too fast (there's no in-between, you clear a certain condition and pop goes the corrupt form)
Btw, their next game will be a roguelike ' 'a about a girl in labyrinth of monsters (the H kinds, obviously)
