Ahh, well there was this person we wanted to avoid back in Secondary (high) school and so this friend of mine decided to come up with a nickname when talking about him. The conversation I faintly remember is:

Mustafa: You know Kiki, yeah?

(The one nicknamed Kiki, abbreviated as TonK): Hmm?

Mustafa: He's a a d***head.

TonK: Ah, I've met Kiki before.

Mustafa: You do?
