Not sure if I can help you with human anatomy Shiki but I used to use a book called Dynamic Anatomy by Burne Hogarth for reference. It has many different postures when drawing the human body though its different for drawing anime characters.

All in all I think that's a really well drawn piece of work.

Thinking too much will hinder your drawing...

Go back to the drawing once you feel more relaxed.

mmmh...the only part i am so-so satisfied with is the head.

@ rena. i know what you mean with that. letting the lines "flow" and stuff by applying less pressure.

@ saint. thanks. at least others find this ok.

@ sam. that stuff behind the sleeves...well, its some kimono-esque thing.

wrinkles and shadow. id like to be able to do that myself...of course i look at other images to see how its done (since i cant do it myself xD), but somehow...i dont have the motivation, since its a ~hassle~ (i use this word too often...)

and in anime some just have their feet facing that way (such an "inverted" manner...dunno)

background is even more work XDDDD ... <.< ... D:

edit: since its just an omake for the lulz anyways, ill probably leave it as it is. probably wont work any further on this :/
feel like drawing other stuff anways...

Lol yes i know its some kimono thing (spent who knows how long examining them) but so far it seems a bit forced and out of place~

Background and coloring... my least favorite.

My 'perfect' senses allow me to take up to days then weeks and then months just for one piece.

There's a way to look 'appealing' without adding much detail, wrinkles, or whatnot.

If you ever read CLAMP manga, all their drawings are actually simple. Just a few lines here and there with subtle detail and movement. I'm mostly referring to their 90s manga.

haha :D

just did those sleeves. it was forced XD

clamp manga...not sure if i know that or not~

CLAMP's current manga aren't as good as their previous works... just decent.

I dislike most of the anime adaptations.

Lol the forced stuff would show through ;p

Hmm imm going to assume cardcaptor sakura is one of the more known clamp works? xD

The older adaptations were fine... I applaud them for the CCS movies and introducing me to Sakura Tange and Junko Iwao.

Of course the other seiyuu were great too.

CLAMP just needs to stop a bit with their cross-overs... It's quite repetitive.

Angelic Layer crossovered or inspired Chobits...

CCS, Chobits, MKR, Angelic Layer, X, Legal Drug, Clamp School Detectives, Dukylon, Tokyo Babylon and a few more were crossovered into Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xxxHolic.

This then lead them to use references and all those cross-overs into Kobato.

It's like one cross-over atop another, atop another, and atop another.

I forgot Miyuki-chan, but meh...

They keep incorporating their previous series into their newer works.

I've been following CLAMP since the late 90s. Bought the manga, anime, artbooks etc.

I'm a 'fan'.

RG veda is their first work.

X is their 'ongoing' semi-incomplete work that has gained much attention.

Gate 7 is their current work.

Atsuko Enomoto did a great job singing the OP. It was her first debut into the seiyuu industry as Misaki (the main girl of the series).

I 'hate' the ending or last-half of the Angelic Layer series and the pairings in the anime adaptation.

Something that we all know. Like the answer to Life, The Universe, and Everything, which is the number 42.
