If you would like the judges to rate them, then they may. They are allowed to keep it disclosed if they desire or reveal it as well if you ask for it.

I perceive judges as the ones viewing the work, critiquing, find its selling point, what may be improved, how it appeals...

They help the rest of the voters to decide by reading the judges' comments... The voters have their own personal reasons for voting a certain individual... but a change of perspective like from the judges may aid them in the process.

Each judge votes who they like best and they'll be incorporated with the rest of the votes.
 
That's why ratings will be given if the judges desire to reveal them or not... I would prefer if the participant wants a rating as to how he/she did, the judge will PM it...

i dont count as participant, as i will surely forget it. and i am too lazy to do anything other than a drawing~ xD

you should have enough anyways with CV, samykaka^^, viet...maybe ein + others i may not know about.

Hmm... I don't like the thought of extending the deadline... but it will be done if circumstances lead to it.

The deadline is posted on the front page... June 21, 2012

If someone decides to enter at the last minute or needs more time I'll extend it for one more week.

no i am not, but i have seen some of his more realistic works...and its better than what i could ever produce xD

that sense of defeat could be bitter...dont know, though ;P

and i want to compare my anime style to others. always helps me to see what i want to improve or something along those lines~
 
Hmm i doubt ill shove 35 hours nonstop into this xD My other chopsticks drawing was probably only about 7 hrs~
