Overview:
Tools to extract, decrypt, collect strings from, encrypt and repack files from the game Bitchin Beach ~Risei Buttobi! Bukkake Nakadashi Hamehame Ahe Natsu Monogatari~
The string collector is still kinda bad, but the important part is that the files extract and pack back together correctly and it rebuilds the string table in the GSX1 format so longer translations can work.
