Not a Bug after almost 2 months of my visit has been like this?

We have a system in place designed to deter misuse of multiple accounts originating from the same source to get around our rules. If you've been encountering the same symptoms for two months straight, it may indicate that you're on the receiving end of the system in action. Have you ever registered for any user account on this site other than kyoto?
