Question Accidentally Deleted My Subscriptions... Help!

I was trying to delete a few closed threads from my Subscription list. Done it before, with no problem.

This time, though, and I have no idea how I did it, I accidentally deleted ALL my subscriptions.

Is there a way to recover them? Please help!
