about grisai no kaijitsu sequel

in the grisai no meikyuu there's a story about sequel of grisai kaijitsu which also tell about yuuji's past, the question is:
is that story is basically linear one? since the walkthrough tells that the heroine's choice only available at the after story and the sequel seems like the 'true story' which focused only to the story instead of the plot, is my assumption right?

also, is the grisai rakuen is also 'route-less' story?

Well, if you loved the first one, I'd say you just play all three of them. Personally I didn't mind since I loved the story and characters in this game. If I remember correctly, Gakuen was the first game; Meikyuu was sort of a "fan disk" which included everyone's after stories, a story about Yuuji's past, and another alternate story; and Kajitsu continues after the cliffhanger Meikyuu decides to throw in- the story is linear with some choices towards the end for different endings.

lol... i think you spelled wrong.... not 'gakuen' but kajitsu! there's no 'gakuen', only rakuen which is the last of trilogy

so after i gathered some info, The alternative story is often defined as the 'true one' albeit there's no official statement that the alternative story is the true one. However in the alternative we can see how Yuuji's past become resolved and that's why rakuen become closure of the entire saga

i kind of dilemma here, i tried the rakuen and it's really interesting at the start, but i'm really curious about who is the heroine that Yuuji going to choose. So i go for the after story first , and the ending was so.....annoying. what kind of ending is that ?? -_-, harem is worse already, but that ending is more annoying than harem itself.

despite how it ends, i believe meikyuu will be amazing :P
if i bored some times, i'll try to play it...maybe

i suggest to play it to final, if you are fans of grisaia series.

meikyuu include 5 after story for the 5 main heroine of the first game, and the alternative, or most people call it true route (grand route) where 1 year has passed and he has solved the 5 main heroine problem without getting in relationship with any of them, with the main problem is yuuji's past, with the finishing story in rakuen.

after all the trilogy, i can say i very satisfied with three of them

i can see your point and dont be mistaken, i believe the story would be awesome.
however without a definite and settled ending (with heroine) it feels like a salt-less soup, no matter how good it is, it just doesn't feel complete.

well, i can agree with that, in fact some of my friends share the same opinion as you. but in the end, it still different for each other, since we all have different desire for the ending.
