I've got this same problem and neither installing the DirectX 9 that came with the game, nor the appropriate DirectX redistributable downloaded from Microsoft will resolve it (have rebooted in between, etc.).

I am running this in a VMWare VM though-- not sure if that's a problem, but I know some things just don't run.

solved. updating windows normally opened the game. who is even problem just go into windows update and update that solves. Thank you for reply.

How do you use the crack? I copied AdvHD.exe to install dir (WillPlus\さくらいろ、舞うころに\) but when I run startup.exe it still display playDRM

Just run the cracked AdvHD.exe (the actual game exe) directly.

What "sound error" are you refering to? No sound can be heard, or some pop-ups appear??
