Go here - http://sagaoz.net/savedata/ta/16ta.htm - and search for タンテイセブン the save data is on the right hand side and says - セーブデータ - <--- click that on the website to download the save
(Says there something wrong the with game that doesn't show 100% CG)

Then how do i go about fixing it?..

The save should show all H-scenes. If there's a specific reason you want to see all the CG I'm sure there's some CG rips you can find on google just search for タンテイセブン CG or something like that.

If that doesn't work for you, you can download patch 1.51 and seeing if that shows 100% CG - https://digitalcute.com/download-package/d7update/

If even that doesn't work you can try unlocking all the CG yourself using a walkthrough - http://seiya-saiga.com/game/digitalcute/detective7.html

I don't have the game installed anymore so I can't test these things out for you unfortunately. Good Luck
 
dont know what i am doing, cant even get pass the first scene with the cellphone, dont matter what i press...
