Unfortunately I can't seem to get it working here either. Windows 10, regional and language settings set to Japanese. Time set to HHMM format. Other games work ok, not sure what's up.

After running it there is an hourglass for a few seconds then nothing. Not in task manager or anything. Tried installing it to the default location and tried changing the install location to something with the fll english character set.

My location and locale are permanently set to Japan, but I've never had to change the date format for a single Japanese eroge before, but by doing just that, I managed to get the game to launch. Thank you, Omnikuken :)

I tried changing the date format around, but it was already showing with kanji for the month and day in the first place...

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that already yesterday as well, and the game still won't start up. All I see is its background process taking 1-2MB RAM and sitting there.

I got it to work finally. For win10 users who set all settings to Japanese and still have the game process sitting idle and not starting up, try setting Start.exe compatibility mode to Windows 95. I don't know why I had to do it when other windows 10 users reportedly had the game working.

I'm still trying to get all Nonoka's ending. I got the first one but there seems to be a problem with ending 2 and 3 for her. I'm pretty sure one of the answers to the branches is messed up in seiya-saiga walkthrough for Nonoka because I didn't have any trouble with the other 2 girls.
