how to use the zip file ?

As mentioned in the readme file, copy the "savegen.dat" file in the zip file and replace the following file:
C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Roaming\ういんどみる\ウィザーズコンプレックス\savegen.dat

Where "(UserName)" is the name of the user (probably YOU) that installed the game.

P.S. Backup the original file first if you want to go back to the status before applying the save afterwards.
