Hm...Finally, I can wait for Restoration Patch to come, I was thinking about posting this game or not when it release. Posting without restoration patch sounds meaningless, so I decided to wait for patch to come, the game will complete this way~ *kuku*

Make sure you update game to 1.01e first, because Restoration Patch only work with latest update ^^

Shiny Days Content Restore Patch for 1.01e JAST USA Edition
------------------------------------------------------------

Easy Method
1. Extract patch folder to Shiny Days game folder e.g. C:\SHINYDAYS\patch
2. Run patch.cmd from inside the patch folder

Manual Method
1. Extract to a temporary folder
2. Open Command Prompt to said temporary folder
3. Use the command xdelta.exe -d -s <shinydayspath>\<file you are patching> <patchfile>.xdelta <a temporary folder>
4. Copy all patched files from the temporary folder back into the Shiny Days game folder

These patches work ONLY with Shiny Days 1.01e. Make sure you patched up the original game first before trying to use these patches or they will fail.

^ The un-patched version (but still english/uncensored) removed 5-6 scenes with 1 girl (dunno her name) (supposedly, too loli for 'muricans to handle, so they blocked her content out).

If you wanna check, download the game, apply or not the 1.01e update (don't need it if you only check the gallery, you'll have to update for the restore patch though), get the "all-cleared" save from the japanese version and load the game > go to replay > you'll see black boxes on pages 2 and 3 (even if you got the unlock-all save) > apply restore patch > bingo no more blocked scenes.

Apparently the original patch.cmd only worked in certain condition (Shinny Day installed in root folder, and no space between name, and so on.)

I found a workaround from somewhere else, doing copy-paste to create another patch file, then run through it without any problem (beside endless UAV pop-up)

Extract this zip file and place the patch2.cmd on your patch folder (alongside with patch.cmd .. actually you can ignore the patch.cmd from now on), then run it. At least this one fix the patch issue for me.

I got it to work in Japanese mode. So switch it to Japanese and then it should install.

Avast has been really bad about false positives lately. Upload whatever file it's complaining about to VirusTotal if you want peace of mind, but it's highly likely to be nothing.

After the last engine update, Antivir do not disable the realtime monitor even if you do (show deactivated but still monitoring), and the file whitelist doesn't work anymore, can't tell if it's a bad update or the new engine is bugged.
You can only use the folder whitelist and include all folders where you work or change antivirus.
