I cannot start this game it seems sadly. Keep getting an 1503 RealLive error. I do have Jap reg and language setting on computer etc.

I've tried using both of those patches. The alpharom messages do not show up anymore (1200/1503 error codes), but now the game immediately crashes on this screen:


If I try running the game with the DVD still mounted, the game doesn't crash, but I get a different screen in which I can do nothing but close the program:

I've tried this using Applocale / Locale Emulator, with non-unicode set to Japanese in Win7 regional settings.

Did anybody manage to run this game? And if so, how exactly?

This game really is something else (Never had such problems bevor). It worked for me after a few random tries with the patches.
I hope you can play it soon too.

Guys, any advice how to use the crack? I used both the cracker and alpharomdie programs to try and crack the reallive exe but it either displays a 'for japan only' message or a 'reallive has stopped working' message. I've used both programs with no boxes checked.
