Actually you can see some instruction images in the Manual Folder after you have install the game

to activate the H activity :
For intercourse play : Press the image Mouse icon by clicking the left mouse button repeatedly till both the girl and player reaching climax.Additionally,if you hold the left mouse button,the animation will change and use the mouse scroll to make the both character reach their climax bar at maximum and by clicking the left mouse button to climax but if you releasing the left mouse button ,it will return to the initial state.

For the foreplay: putting the mouse arrow over the mouse icon ,after that use the mouse scroll and click the left button mouse to reach climax.

To Cancel Any action : Just click the right mouse button

Actually there is a way when the character reach climax ,having the option either coming inside or outside but i was still not successfully finding the correct mouse action.

Yeah I have that problem too and I have no IDEA what is cousing it.. usually what I do is just run it on window mode.. With the same resolution as my monitor.. It's not really full screen but it does take the entire screen haha... Kinda fine with it. Till someone finds a solution to it.

PS: You have the same resolution as I do... Maybe our resolution doesnt exist in Japan.. Joking about that.. But... Hmm Maybe try other resolutions see if it works or not. It prob has something to do with the.... Yo.. I'll edit this post if I find an answer gotta install the game first.. Oh I remember! Maybe it has to do with the .ini file. Not really sure, but it's a guess... But atleast it's something to start looking.
