Impossible to get game started, keeps asking me for a serial number or something for the Alpha Activation or whatever. Anyone know what I'm supposed to do? It's all in Japanese I don't understand a single letter of it. I added every patch and did what I think I'm supposed to do. Someone tell me exactly how to get this working!! I want this game bad folks.

you need to use AlphaROMdiE (a copy is attached to the first post of this thread).

run the alpharomdie program... it's a blue window with a bunch of japanese text... drag & drop the game's .exe (saimin_yo.exe) into this blue window... it will ask you something in japanese, click OK... it will ask you something else in japanese, click OK again. done!

(if you run into problems make sure you are running windows in japanese locale and that you run alpharomdie as administrator)

it doesn't work for me
the game just opens up and close instantly
when i opened the task manger i saw that when the game icon shows up there is a task appears says "windows problem reporting" for a half second then both tasks close....idk how what to do anymore

i tried doing it normally/as admin/japanese locale/changing my pc language/using HF applocale.....nothing working

please if someone had similar problem please any advice is welcome also for those who have the game working could you please upload your exe file ? maybe that will fix it...idk

nevermind. one thing that i have no thought about was to drag the game exe to the AlphaROMdiE.exe without opening it first and thank god that worked. the game finally started
