Good question. Both episodes are subbed and encoded by the same group...
Try a different video player. I use VLC and Media Player Classic.

I tried those players and I still can't see the subtitles. By any chance did you happen to upload the un-subbed version?

The filename starts with EROBEAT which is the subtitle group. And on the thumbnail picture the subtitles are clearly seen.
Do you have the VobSub codec?

I just downloaded the VobSub Codec, and still can only see the subtitles for episode 1.
