I can't install the game, i have all japanese setting but when click on the setup.exe i have this message konouta_inst.exe and something else wrote in japanese, Someone can help me?

Usually it's a windows issue when you install many filters, especially codecs pack and whatever can cause problems to the movie playback; also outdated directx has issues with same recent codecs.
If you think it's the problem uinstall all codecs pack like k-lite and all additional filters, then install samething simple that work well like cccp;
There may be other issues codecs and video related, in the worst case reinstalling the operating systen can be faster than track and repair the problem.

note: on a fresh windows install, for daily usage i suggest to install cccp, qtlite, real alternative lite, and integrate vlc as an alternate media player. Also remeber that vlc doesn't use the operating system and installed codecs, and the operating system can't use vlc codecs.
