could you tell me what do I need for this patch to work please I copied both patches in the game folder run them but none worked I need help please

has anyone had this problem when you use the exe file you lag a lot every time you activate the exe file/patch for it does not work but instead lags my pc a lot then I have to process window and close the application please let me know if you know a solution for this or if you have the same problem and found what was wrong
