You create a new post in the otome game request thread. (The button usually said 'post thread'). Then you fill the prefix, title and the content as best as you can.
The content usually contains the game title, release date, developer/publisher, the game's vndb link, and the game's store link.

Some people also experience this issue. Their device automatically renames the file and adds '.zip' at the end. I tried to download it from my PC and my phone myself, but it's normal; no zip was added, so I don't know why. Thankfully, tho, you can rename it back and install it normally.
