I cannot get it to work at all with Locale Emulator. It just pops up the "Japan Only" message. Tried as admin, tried a shortcut with the additional options like timezone, no dice.

With the No Region Loader from the Floral Flowlove release it worked the first time I ran it, but on subsequent attempts it would also give the "Japan Only" message. I managed to get it to load again a couple of times by completely clearing out the savedata folder, but now even that doesn't seem to work (not that it would be a practical solution anyway). Anyone got any tips to get this thing to run?

Have you tried using AlphaROM? Just used that and it played immediately.

I tried it with the version I have on-hand, Build 20140214, but no luck with that either. Although I guess that is probably pretty old by now.

Edit: Seems like if I use the global.sav file from the complete save then Alpharomdie works, at least so far.

The trial version doesn't need any, ITHVNR hooks it just fine on its own using built-in H-code /HW-1C@1DDB5D:SiglusEngine.exe

Note that ITHVNR uses 3 H-codes for this game (called SiglusEngine2, 3 and 4), and SiglusEngine2 shown above is the correct one. Click Unhook with any of the threads from SiglusEngine3 and SiglusEngine4 hooks selected in ITHVNR to get rid of them, since they are worthless anyway.

I'm using SiglusEngine 2 but there is one problem I ecounter which like this View attachment 22093

instead one line they split it become 2 lines.
Other VN working fine but only this one have this problem. Is there any solution for this one?

The attached pictures don't work on this forum because the admins intentionally fucked them up and/or are too incompetent to fix it. "Invalid Attachment specified." error is all people get instead of your picture.
As for the problem at hand, set text speed to instant in the VN's options or increase "Split time"/"Auto copy to clipboard after N ms" parameter in your text hooker's settings so that it doesn't split the line too early.
