It would appear that the save isn't a 100% completed one. It's only 24% of all the CG -_-

Did you try overwriting over your existing save file? Because, from what I know after trying the save file, I've unlocked 100% of all the scenes and CGs...Try to double confirm it because it wouldn't be a good idea to spread false information for other users. *Also please take note, the save file is only for the second series of the game; 炎の孕ませもっと！発育っ！身体測定２* If you used it on the first series, it obviously wouldn't have worked...

EDIT: Just realized there was a post made by you which contains a save file...try not to confuse between the link which I've provided with.

Yep, I overwrote the existing file, and made sure that it's for this game specifically. The one I used was from the link I provided.
