Pretty important. The games I play usually have multiple love interests so it's not that hard to find someone I like. But there's (most of the time) only one MC and if I don't like them then it's hard to play the game. I can ignore the characters that I don't like but the MC is always there...

Depends on how long the game is. And if there's more than one LI/ending I want to get. If it's short or if there's only one LI i'm interested in then I don't mind playing without any hints.

I can't name any games with AI generated art that made me interested in playing them. But there's been plenty of games with very unique (human made) art styles that made me go "wow, this looks so interesting!" AI art doesn't make anything unique or special. It just steals the art someone else...
