  1. Does it bother you that most VNs only give you two options when making choices?

I find it a little unsatisfying when there are only two options. I prefer having more options, especially when they offer a wider variety of responses. I enjoy making choices while thinking about all the different possibilities.
  2. Do you 100% complete your otome/bl VNs?

I try to aim for 100% completion whenever possible, but sometimes I don't manage it. Sometimes I'll take breaks and eventually come back to fully complete the game, but if a game doesn't really click with me, I often don't force myself to complete it.
  3. What kind of atmosphere do you enjoy most?

I prefer serious, story-driven otome games. However, I don't like it when the plot takes so much priority that the romance is barely present. I want the romance to be an important part of the story as well. As long as the romantic development is written with care and there's a good balance...
  4. Self-Inserting and Heroine Voices in Otome Games

Whether I self-insert depends on the game. As for the heroine's voice, I sometimes turn it off if I don't like it, but I generally keep it on. Personally, I find it easier to get immersed in the story when the heroine is voiced.
  5. Bad ending or good ending, which one do you prefer?

I like happy endings, but I like bad endings too. Whether I end up liking a bad ending depends a lot on how it's written and what kind of bad ending it is. If it's done well, there are actually many times when I end up liking the bad ending more.
  6. How many LIs are too many?

I think around 6–8 LIs is ideal. Personally, I'm happy to have more love interests as long as each route is well-written, has plenty of content, and doesn't feel rushed in its progression.
  7. Are you the type to play multiple otome game or focus on only one

It really depends on the situation for me. I'm usually playing one to three games at a time. If I'm really hooked on a game, I'll focus on that one alone. If I'm not that invested, I'll play several in parallel. And if it's a game I've been especially excited for, I'll end up starting it no...
  8. Who is your favorite Nitro+CHiRAL main character?

Aoba is my favorite. At first, I didn't think I would end up liking him that much, but after finishing the game, I found him so incredibly adorable that I couldn't get enough of him. He made me realize that I really like characters like him.
  9. .

If the first character I complete ends up being someone I especially love, then yes, that can happen. But it's not very common for me. I often end up liking characters I play later just as much, and sometimes I even like them more than the first one.
  10. How much time do you spend on a single otome game?

I usually play for about one to three hours a day. When I'm really eager to see what happens next, I sometimes even cut into my sleep time to keep playing. There are also times when I'm just not in the mood to play, and when that happens, I take a break until I feel like picking it up again.
  11. Do you clear all the characters in an otome game before starting a new one?

I'll try to complete everything if possible, but sometimes I lose motivation halfway through. When that happens, instead of forcing myself to continue, I'll play another game for a while and come back to it later, or sometimes I just leave it unfinished. Rather than forcing myself to 100%...
  12. Do You Like Otome Games With More Than One MC?

I don't dislike games with multiple MCs and I'll play them too, but personally, I prefer having just one MC. The heroine ends up becoming a one-and-only special presence to me. Also, when there are multiple MCs, sometimes my absolute favorite character isn't paired with the MC I like best, and...
  13. Route you play first in a game?

I always start with the character who catches my eye first. But if another character catches my attention along the way and I can still switch routes, I'll switch over to him. Once I fall for someone, I'm totally locked in!
  14. Do you prefer to keep the default MC's voiced name or change it to your own?

If the characters actually say the MC's name, I keep the default name. If they don't, then I change it. I do get more immersed when I use my own name, but I enjoy hearing the characters say the MC's name even more.
  15. What you do with the games played?

Sometimes I want to delete games to free up storage space, but I try not to delete them as much as possible. Games I really love, I absolutely don't plan on deleting and will keep carefully saved.
  16. Do you tend to enjoy games you've already finished over and over again?

If it's a game I really love, I do replay it sometimes. However, these days I mostly revisit my favorite character routes and scenes, and I do it less often than I used to.
  17. Have you ever had this?

Yes, that has happened to me before. Sometimes I'm not interested in a character at first, but after playing their route, I end up really liking them. Maybe because my initial expectations were low, the impact feels even stronger. I never really know which character I'll end up falling for until...
  18. Do you read otome with or without guides?

Basically, at first, I play without looking at a guide and choose the options that I think are best. I enjoy the excitement of not knowing what will happen next. After that, when I decide to use a guide depends on the situation. But in the end, I usually do look at a guide.
  19. What do you play otome on?

I usually play on PC. I do play on Switch sometimes, but in the end I still want to play on a bigger screen.
  20. Have you ever played a doujin otome game?

Yes, I've played some. I think it's nice because you can find things you wouldn't normally see in commercial games.
