    Okay I will say it step by step:
    1) Use mention format like this: [MENTION = 125617] (I am pretty sure you have come across these numbers on your profile page right? on the url I mean:)
    (For example mine is 122545 and Ali-chan is 94894 )

    2) Name of the person you want to mention has to come like this after [MENTION = 94894]Alistar[/MENTION]
    (make sure to not to use the space like i have used for mentioning (above) use this : [MENTION=94894] )

    3) Make sure they get the notification in their profile page under their "mentions" list so that they can know you have mentioned them otherwise they won't know.
