When me, Shinseph, and Langesha were having trouble with our Vita's, we fixed it by accepting the new user agreement on the Sony Entertainment Website. Try that and see if it helps. Just sign in with your PSN info

I found out what the problem was with my vita. Fixed it.
haha, yeah I noticed that. But my vita has been acting funny since I updated it. I can sign into the PSN store, but my friends list, and messages won't let me sign in, they keep kicking me off.
Do you have trouble signing into your friends list, and messages on your Vita after the latest update? It's not working for me since I installed the latest update.
