He will not respond as he has not in so long—assuming he is even still alive or not in jail or not being unjustly tortured.

I am unaware. However, if he was found by the feds of any country or mercenaries or whoever, I can only imagine he would get life in prison if not worse. This is why you have a fallback person in case things go wrong and not do a one-man show. The source code is probably gone forever too, besides Kemono3 which is super old. Like seriously, are we in kindergarten?
