It is probably the end, and it was already struggling ever since latter half of March. He will not respond as he has not in so long—assuming he is even still alive or not in jail or not being unjustly tortured.

I am unaware. However, if he was found by the feds of any country or mercenaries or whoever, I can only imagine he would get life in prison if not worse. This is why you have a fallback person in case things go wrong and not do a one-man show. The source code is probably gone forever too, besides Kemono3 which is super old. Like seriously, are we in kindergarten?
