Can you tell me more about it? Because from this summary:

At first they swapped partners, but then they began having sex in secret from Takumi. As Eita devoured both mothers, Takumi found himself alone more and more. At first, he would eat pre-made meals in the fridge, then convenience store bento boxes, and finally, he would leave his money behind and go out to have sex, and his neglect became worse.

Hey, recently I've come across Kishi's works, and by what I could tell it seems that this is all art from a game that he is making.
