It can forever as far as I am concerned. Most videos I have seen there have been resized/recompressed larger or smaller without ever saying it has done so. Try to only get it from the source because seemingly most other video sharing sites mess with the file in some way.

Somehow i never thought of using internet archive like that, once again thanks for the help!
