FFF is subbing Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Vivid (ongoing series,) but so far, they've only released 2 episodes, with 7 or 8 already aired.

Are there any other groups subbing Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Vivid, that might be more caught up?

I don't know if this helps. FFF has officially dropped the series after only 2 episodes.

However, I did find a batch torrent for the complete series on Nyaa.

Just in case someone else was looking for Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Vivid, the quality and subs looked good.
