I can finish about 4 if the story is really good. Usually I don't have enough time, so even finishing 1 manga could take me about 3 weeks to finish

I got hooked because otome games gave me opportunity to try different types of routes. I was really frustrated while read manga before finding otome games. I didn't really like who MC chose in the reverse harem, so finding otome games was my salvation

I agree that 5-6 LIs are pretty enough. And this way ever LI would have about equal quantity of screen time. I played one game I definitely liked that had a lot of Lis (Sympathy Kiss) and I quite liked the game. But this game is more of an exception
