I personally love MC's with faces, it always breaks my immersion when a CG has an faceless girl in them. I don't mind it as much when the game wants you to self-insert but, when the game has a heroine with a defined personality and look it just feels so weird.
I totally agree on MC's name being voiced by the LIs. I love having voiced heroines as well, it just adds to any given scene! I also really love when the MC has a side portrait, I like seeing her react!
