I think the largest otome I have is Shiro to Kuro no Alice for Nintendo Switch which is 10GB. To be fair, it is two PS Vita games packaged as one. Otomate just announced that port of every single Hakuoki game on one cartridge for Switch 2. I dread to think about how big that file size is gone...
