Same here, but for me, immersion breaks when the male character is actually younger or around the same age as me irl, even though they're supposed to be 年上 (older) according to the title or setting TT

Voiced MC and unnatural SE.

I hate otome drama CDs with a voiced MC, especially when she delivers her lines annoyingly. Though I can endure it if she only voiced in the prologue (like a narrator), if she is voiced in R18 scenes too... welp, I'm out. As for SE, if it's too much, I'll laugh so hard lol
