Overview:
Offline self contained Tool to automatically port RPG Maker games to Linux.
Built for bulk. You can just drop in multiple games even if they are still compressed, or encrypted.
Also checks for asset file path problems and includes a simple test system to confirm if the port actually worked.
The package ships 6 different nw.js runtimes and picks whatever fits the closest (enough for 99% of games). You can easily add additional versions if required.
Developer: Shisaye
Version: 1.0.11
System Requirements:
Works on any reasonably current x86-64 Linux distro (Arch, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora…):
the bundled NW.js runtimes need glibc ≥ 2.25 (2017-era; everything since Debian 10 /
Ubuntu 18.04 qualifies) and the standard GTK/X11 stack that desktop systems already
have. On a **minimal or server install** (Debian/Ubuntu without a desktop), install
the runtime libraries first.
Changelog:
1.0.1 Fixed a bug that sometimes caused a MV profile error.
1.0.2 - 1.0.3 Added limited support for certain multi executable games.
1.0.4 - 1.0.5 Better support for old MV games.
1.0.6 Support for case sensitive encrypted assets.
1.0.7-1.0.9 It will now keep inert windows files in case a dev is using some moronic launcher integrity DRM.
1.0.10 Fixed "Open" button.
1.0.11 Added another runtime that was confirmed used by a game.
