Okay, yesterday I was reading some misinformation people assuming its the west and VISA forcing Fantia the changes. But no, its the actual japan government enforcing stricter censorship laws that made fantia to do these changes. Is it stupid, of course. But its japan and I dont live in it so let them figure out their own stupidity I guess sadly enough.

Specifically, Article 175 of the Japanese Penal Code (1907) criminalizes "the distribution, sale, or public display of indecent (obscene) objects, documents, or drawings." While Japan's constitution guarantees freedom of speech, this article is the main basis for censorship of pornography and art in the country.

I don't know if that's entirely true.

Let's be real here, the JP have had the mosaic for a long time and I've seen old videos where random JP were asked if they agreed with the mosaic in pr0n.... they all said yes. Don't get me wrong, I'm very pro-Japan but let's not go crazy here, yeah?

And here we have the next batch of presumably soon-to-be-lost-media mmd being baked in real time.
Creators keep mentioning alternative sites to switch to but I believe they may have forgotten the currently available switches aren't that friendly, either. This shit sucks and keeps sucking every time a slightly different iteration of it occurs and I genuinely wish every archiver/hoarder a good day, night, evening and fresh bedsheets for this summer

Edit: just realized there will be a plethora of inactive or hiatus accounts (also can be read as the past goats) on there that may just get pulverized this week. Genuine lost media.

This creator's never been shared before and because of the latest rule change they turned off the need to buy backorders from their 500yen plan so you can get everything for just the 500yen

His old works are almost impossible to find; I've tried looking everywhere to no avail. And with what is happening, I'm afraid his works in the future could become lost media. It would be awesome if someone could share them.
