Try operating the VPN, then go to Account & Settings → Country/Region and set the country to one that is not the USA, Japan, Hong Kong, China, the UK, or South Korea.

additionally, arca servers have been investigated by the FBI, and after May 8th, sharing copyrighted material will no longer be allowed. After May 8th, channels like "심야식당" and "MMD/R18" will be shut down.

Oh damn. The FBI? Why do they care? Jeez, that really sucks for arca and the community as a whole.
