What is the one feature you wish EVERY SINGLE otome game had?

Skip to unread text! Especially on ones with long common routes.
 
Fast-skip or skip to next choice for sure! Nitroplus games have the fast skip and I use it so much! Sometimes when I'm doing all route in a Switch title it's so much waiting to skip the common route

I'm with you on the flowchart! Not very common but it helps so much, and it's way faster than using a walkthrough

1. Skip to next choice. I hate when there's no "skip to next choice" option, since you can make mistakes along your playthrough. It'll be pain in the ass if you need to skip from the beginning trying to reach the point you were reading before messing up.

2. Voiced mc. I'm not really into the yume type or self-insert thingy (pls don't show me faceless heroines), so I don't change the default name. Even better if the MC is voiced, I want to see her like another character with free will.

3. A visual cue when making choices. I like to know if I'm going down the wrong path without having to take a look at the guides. I want certain help that doesn't ruin the experience of figuring out on my own.

Also, not a menu feature per se but we see frequently LI's POV and it's so fun to read. I need more of that.

Everything I mentioned is included in Virche's UI. That's the perfect menu interface for me.

I definitely want a toggle for a voiced and faced MC. I try to separate myself from the heroine, so I'd prefer if there were an option for that.
 
I hope that the recollection system isn't just for H-scenes, but also includes key moments of emotional development

It would be great to see dialogues and illustrations between the main character and my favorite character... This is just a wild idea.
 
There's already so many good suggestions being made here, but if we can only choose one feature, I'd definitely vote on the ability to skip, either to unread text or to the next choice. I think this is essential when replaying routes with multiple endings.
 
Skip to the next choice and a voiced MC I really hate when all characters except MC are voiced.
 
Voice collection, skip to next choice and a somewhat unpopular opinion - I would like more voiced protagonists and their portraits shown.
 
I wish there was setting where you off or on the kissing effect it embarrassing I be wondering if I should continue this game or not but I continue it anyway
 
If it's a story I've already played, I wish it would skip directly to the next choice.
I need a feature that skips right to the choices, rather than just fast-forwarding through the dialogue.
