What you do with the games played?

I keep them all, including old games. Unless I found the game too short or didn't like the story, I don't see a problem in deleting them; in fact, my HD is almost full because of that. I'm already looking at another HD to store more in the future.

I delete some of them, especially if they're something I regard as "not very rare" and can be re-obtained later. My problem is I don't only play otome, there are other games, books and movies I also store... they take up a lot of space

I tend to be a hoarder with my saved files.. It's always nice to see how much time I've dedicated to a specific game.. But if I really don't have any space or I know I won't be returning to look at these games again.. then I'll reluctantly delete it...

Finish it → delete it → download another one. My Switch storage is suffering.

I keep them ! I have a lot of the physical switch ones :) I like the steel books that come with some of the limited editions

Hasta ahora no se me lleno por completo el disco (por suerte) incluso quiero comprar uno de 4 tb porque no quiero borrar nada :( pero si los juegos son muy cortos los borro xd

I usually keep my save files and just delete the game itself since it takes up too much space. I also save the CGs from games I've finished and upload them to my cloud album so I can look back at them from time to time — since I probably won't replay the games. Maybe you could try storing the game files on a cloud drive too.:akazukin_pat:

I delete most of them unless they were my favourites. I think that if I had more storage I'd probably keep everything though.

woaah I never considered keeping the save files, I usually just delete them or move the whole game to an usb stick if I can

I print screenshots, keep game data and saves in external drive, buy merchs and more if I like the games.

When I read the title, I thought you were talking about the physical version. (Awkward) I usually keep the digital version, because I sometimes open the game to admire the CG images. I only delete it if my SD card runs out of space.

If it's console/steam I'll uninstall but keep the save files, otherwise I keep!

As a certified data hoarder I keep everything that fits on my +-9-10 TB setup. I really set up my mind to collect as much japanese joseimuke VNs as I possibly could for the sake of archivation. Imagine if we did not have our amazing reuploaders, how many oldies would have been lost forever. :lapi_sad:

I try to avoid to delete the games, but after a while it's kind of impossible because of my switch storage... so I started to archive some games to have space to install more games :swearveng:

I wish I could hoard them but I don't have enough computer space 😭. I mostly delete them after I'm done. Kinda regret it now because I'm pretty sure I lost a lot of them over time especially the psp ones.

For my physical copies, luckily I still have them in a storage box! I lost some of save files but I'm thinking it will make my replay all the better.

I keep the save data. In case I want to replay specific routes. As for the physical games themselves it gets displayed on my shelf.

Of course. In most cases, that's how it is; I will clean up the game, but I will make sure to back up the save files.

from what i've read you guys are dedicated to your games , i respect that lmao , i just recently started browsing magazines , i'm not into cds or other things ?

for me as soon i finish i delete them , i save the titles only in my note books either or any websites like VNDB , tbh i'm mostly f2p gacha gamer so VN games aren't my priority !

I plan to buy HDD's to keep the games in case it gets lost due to time.
that's good idea but i wouldn't like that lmao , what if one of my family found it ? i mean unless you buy ones with passwords on them ! i like your idea ,and u know you can add more GB to your drives , i did that for my laptop.

even if i did that , i'll mostly have forgotten the story so i would start again so the saved data won't help me but i like your thinking !
